Information we use

We use account and verification details; profile and notification choices; vendor applications and portfolio media; enquiries, messages, quotes, bookings, payment references and refund requests; community posts, comments, likes, group memberships and private saved looks; reviews, reports, policy acceptances, privacy requests, and essential security and service logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide accounts, the marketplace, community and group features, enquiries, bookings, payment records, notifications, moderation, abuse prevention, reporting, privacy responses and reliable operational records. BBROCKZ does not currently collect card details or automatically transfer money.

Who can see it

Public profiles, posts and reviews can be seen by anyone. Restricted-group content is available to approved group members. Enquiries, bookings, payment references, refund requests and private saved looks are limited by account role and row-level access controls. Authorised staff can access records when operations, support, privacy or safety review requires it. Service providers such as Supabase and our website and email providers process information to run the service. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Information may be processed outside your country where our service providers operate, with their contractual and technical safeguards. Closed enquiries and resolved reports are scheduled for deletion after 12 months, subject to open disputes, legal duties, safety needs or privacy requests. Account closure requests are reviewed and tracked rather than deleting records immediately.

Inside the beta, open Privacy & account to request a copy of your data or account closure. For correction, objection, access issues or other privacy questions, email support@bbrockz.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity.

Changes

We will version material changes and ask beta members to acknowledge a new notice when needed.
