BBROCKZ invited-beta terms

These terms apply to the invited BBROCKZ beta operated by Bangladeshi Bride Rock'z, registered in Bangladesh under registration number C-151744/2019, with public business address Panthapath, Dhaka 1209, Bangladesh.

Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18, use your own verified account and have an active invitation. Keep your password confidential. We may suspend access to protect members, investigate reports or operate the beta safely.

What the beta provides

The beta provides a public supplier marketplace, private enquiries, quotes, booking records, community posts and groups, saved looks, verified-order reviews, notifications and an operational payment ledger. A confirmed order records the agreement reached through BBROCKZ, but the underlying supplier service contract remains between the member and supplier.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information; communicate lawfully and respectfully; do not impersonate others, harass people, send spam, misuse personal data or upload unlawful content. Do not attempt to bypass security or access another person's account or enquiry.

Community content

You retain ownership of content you post. You give BBROCKZ a non-exclusive permission to host, display and technically process it for the service. Upload only content you own or may lawfully share. Public posts and reviews can be seen by anyone; restricted-group posts can be seen by approved group members and authorised staff. We may hide or remove content and restrict accounts when needed for safety, rights or service integrity.

Bookings, payments and refunds

Prices and scope come from supplier quotes. BBROCKZ currently records invoice, payment and refund status entered by authorised staff; it does not collect card details or automatically transfer money. Keep independent proof of any payment. Refund requests are reviewed and do not guarantee a refund until approved and recorded.

Suppliers

Supplier approval for the beta is not a guarantee or endorsement. Members should independently check suitability, availability, price, terms and credentials before making an agreement or payment.

Use the report and block controls for concerns and email support@bbrockz.com for urgent help. This is an early beta; features can change and availability is not guaranteed. We may update these terms and will ask for renewed acceptance when a new version applies.
